Hillary wins TX & OH with dittohead support

Posted on Updated on

I imagine these days Hillary will happily accept support from anyone, even from Rush Limbaugh and his followers. Rush Limbaugh and other right wing talk radio hosts have asked their audience to cross over and vote for Hillary so she can keep spending money attacking Barack. Looking at the exit polls, clearly Rush’s plan worked.  Hillary won both those voters identifying themselves as very conservative and somewhat conservative.

On the Laura Ingraham show this morning a Democrat called in to confirm that when she was waiting in line to vote, two Republicans were discussing how they were voting for Hillary due to Rush’s plea.  A Republican also called saying he heard several conservative talk radio shows discuss crossing over to vote for Hillary and so that’s what he did.

While Hillary may have won due to conservative support that she won’t get in the general election she didn’t do what she needed to do in terms of delegates.  Daily Kos points out that Hillary didn’t make any significant gains to allow her to catch up in delegates and Barack still holds his significant lead.  With Hillary losing super delegates on a weekly basis she is going to have a hard time catching up in delegates by the convention.  The math isn’t on Hillary’s side.  Onto Wyoming and Mississippi.

Yes! Caught this the other day from a brain dead ditto thing I have to deal with. He went batshit crazy last year when a group of people jammed his call in lines but this kind of stuff is up and up. I sure hope after the elections the new FCC board reviews the equal time provision and re-establishes it. It will kill off his noise machine or at least make it face reality. Remember, the airwaves belong to all of us, not just the republican echo artists. A hay maker is building for this November. The junkie’s days of BS and praying on the politically challanged are numbered. He can continue to have his show, but the truth has to inserted along the way like a warning lable on a bottle of rat poison.

If you read the exit polls, it shows that Obama beat Hillary among self-described conservatives and Republicans. That completely destroys the notion that she somehow won because of Rush.
