On Thursday night we saw a great debate between Senator Obama and Senator Clinton. I put up a poll and asked during the debate who was winning and overwhelmingly you voted for Senator Obama. During the debate Hillary continued to accuse Barack of plagiarism and she was booed and rightfully so.
money, monEY, MONEY! It takes money to run for president. So how are the candidates doing with money? Well, on Courant.com there’s an article about John McCain called “McCain Facing Finance Complications”. It says in part:
Ross Per…..who? Ross Perot was a businessman who ran for President in ’92 and he railed against the government’s fiscal insanity that created the large national debt which was $4 trillion at the time. He demonstrated the debt was mostly due to the Reagan and Bush years; the 12 years before 1992. When Reagan took office the national debt was only $934 billion. Now our debt is over $9 trillion and it’s mostly due to Reagan/Bush/Bush. We can’t let the Credit Card Republicans continue to bankrupt our country.
What are the Republicans going to do now? They have selected their candidate – John McCain. Their candidate is now about to become engrossed in a sex scandal where he cheated on his wife with a Washington lobbyist – Vicki Iseman! Times Online has the story. Here’s the first paragraph:
This is outrageous and inexcusable. Someone at CNN needs to be fired.
Obama wins Hawaii in a landslide:
- Obama – 76%
- Clinton – 24%
By the way, Wisconsin was a landslide too!
- Obama – 58%
- Clinton – 41%
That makes 10 straight wins for Senator Obama. I’m calling the Democratic nomination race for Obama. Obama is our nominee. Now onto McCain.
